How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at Kiyana Wraps is easy:
Use the HEADWRAPS, TURBANS, SCARFS and ACCESSORIES links.
Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button on the product page.
Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page.
Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.
Where is the material coming from?
We use a variety of cottons and silks, designed with the utmost attention to detail. Our fabrics combine our company heritage with the needs of our customers, resulting in a dazzling array of options that offer exceptional quality. We take a lot of pride in the fact that a vast majority of our fabrics are sourced straight from Africa. Our primary markets for wax prints are the DR Congo, Nigeria and Togo.
How do I tie my head wrap or turban?
No need to tie it, we have already done it for you! Just wear it and go! KIYANA WRAPS is the only brand that will always bring you contemporary, bespoke head wraps and turbans for every occasion. What makes us unique is that we have combined traditional millinery techniques to bring you ready-made and hand stitched head wraps.
How do I look after it? Can I wash it?
Just like you would treat a fascinator, KIYANA WRAPS are delicate statement headdresses. Great care should be taken; therefore we recommend that you dry clean your precious gem if necessary. You may also brush the head band inside the head wrap.
What sizes are available?
You can see whether a headdress is available in more than one size on the page for each product, before you place your order.

How do I store my head wrap or turban?
Every order you place at Kiyanawraps.com will arrive wrapped like a precious gift. All KIYANA WRAPS headpieces will arrive in beautiful hat boxes, ensuring that each item is perfect when you receive it and also doubles up as a pretty storage solution for your wardrobe!
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Most items shown are in stock. If a product does not appear in a specific size in the 'Size' drop-down, this means the item is out of stock. Please be aware that even if the product is in your shopping bag it is not reserved and will therefore be available to other customers while you are browsing.
What if an item is out of stock?
If an item you are interested in is out of stock, please email or telephone a customer care representative to inform us of your interest. You can contact us by email at email@example.com .
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. We delivery in the UK and Europe, we also deliver in the USA. For orders in other geographical regions such as – but not limited to - Africa, Asia and the Middle East please email our sales team: firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.
Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. If you need to make any amendments, please email our sales team: email@example.com for assistance.

How will I know if you have received my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received. Only after your credit card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the item(s) located, will your order be accepted and the item(s) shipped. At which point you will receive a second email from us confirming your order. Should any of the item(s) you have ordered be unavailable you will be quickly informed of the out-of-stock piece(s) and your payment for the item(s) will not be processed.
Is my personal information kept private?
Please be assured that we consider all of the information you share with us to be totally private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. For further details please read the KIYANAWRAPS.COM terms and conditions statement. In order to register as a user of KIYANAWRAPS.COM, we ask you to provide us with your name, mailing address and email address. We may use these details to inform you of new goods and services via email. If you do not wish to receive such emails, please send an email message to customercare@KiyanaWraps.com.
In order to process credit card orders online we require additional information including your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit or debit card number and expiration date. We will use your billing and credit or debit card information to process your order and inform you of its delivery only. Please note that KIYANAWRAPS.COM does not keep any of your details on the KIYANAWRAPS.COM website, and therefore these details are protected from any breach of security on the KIYANAWRAPS.COM website. Navigational information is used only for internal purposes to enhance the customer shopping experience and site usability, and will not be shared with any outside parties.
In what packaging will my goods be delivered?
At KIYANAWRAPS.COM we believe that the service you receive through purchasing online should be an indulgent shopping experience, therefore the packaging you receive your goods in is a huge priority for us. Your items will arrive in a luxurious set of packaging featuring our distinct KIYANA WRAPS logo and hat boxes.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Cancellation of your order and claims for returns and refund regarding any item purchased on the Site must be made in the following way.
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘Returns and Exchanges' in the subject line. Providing your order number, product(s) to be returned or exchanged and reason for the return within 48 hours of receiving your item.
2. Fill in and send the 'Return card' included with the package of your order specifying the fault and the quantity of the items that you wish to return or exchange. Such “Return card” has to be included in the return parcel.
3. Once received, our Sales team will process and email a confirmation of receipt and process your exchange/refund within 7 working days.
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
All sales are final. Please choose carefully as we regret we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if you have made the wrong choice in style or colour or have simply changed your mind. In the event that your refund request has been approved by our Customer Care team due to faulty goods, a full refund of the value of your order will be redeemed in the account used to make the initial purchase.
